6.2 Other Promotions
Current promotions include the weekly bajai live Recharge Festival (up to 30%, maximum ৳8,000), bajai live Slot Win Addition (up to 50%, maximum ৳5,000), weekend bajai live Cricket Charge (up to 40%, maximum ৳6,000) and the bajai live Birthday Gift (maximum ৳2,000). Each offer has its own wagering requirements and validity period.
6.3 General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are not counted as direct cash. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- Bonuses may only be used on eligible games or bets — the eligible categories are stated in each promotion's details.
- If any misuse or fraudulent use of a bonus is detected, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
- A new bonus cannot be added while another active bonus is already in place.

Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
Only bets successfully confirmed in the system are valid. bajai live reserves the right to cancel bets placed on the basis of abnormal odds or incorrect information displayed due to a technical error. If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be returned.
7.2 Casino Game Rules

bajai live reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time and without prior notice for the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- Suspicion of fraud, deception or bonus abuse.
- Evidence of unverified identity or provision of false information.
- No activity on the account for an extended period (inactive account).
9.2 Closure at Member's Request
